DAY 1 Arrival in Lima – Upon landing at Jorge Chávez International Airport, a representative will meet you and provide private transport to your chosen hotel in Lima
Day 2 Lima – Your day begins with a guided group tour through the historic heart of Lima. Visit the Aliaga House, one of the oldest colonial homes in the Americas, still owned by descendants of its original family. Continue to the Plaza Mayor, part of Lima’s UNESCO World Heritage Center, and explore the impressive Cathedral. The final stop is the Larco Museum in Pueblo Libre, home to a vast collection of pre-Columbian gold, silver, and ceramics — including an intriguing display of erotic art
Day 3 Lima – Paracas – Travel by bus from Lima to the city of Ica. On arrival, discover Ica’s main square and the mix of historic and modern neighborhoods. A panoramic visit to the Lord of Luren Church follows. Tour a local winery to learn about the traditional production of wine and Pisco, with tastings included. At the Regional Museum, gain insight into the ancient cultures of the region, such as Paracas, Nazca, and Inca. End the day at the stunning Huacachina Oasis, surrounded by majestic sand dunes. You’ll then continue on to Paracas and check in at your selected hotel
Day 4 Paracas – Lima – In the morning, take a boat tour to the Ballestas Islands, located off the Paracas coast. These islands are rich in wildlife, including sea lions, penguins, and various seabirds. After the tour, return to your hotel before heading back to Lima via bus. A representative will greet you upon arrival and transfer you to your hotel
Day 5 Lima – Cusco – Transfer from your Lima hotel to the airport for your domestic flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, a representative will meet you for the transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, explore the historical highlights of Cusco. Visit the Santo Domingo Convent, built atop the sacred Inca site of Coricancha. Continue to the city’s main cathedral before heading out to archaeological sites in the nearby hills: the fortress of Sacsayhuamán, Qenqo ceremonial center, Puca Pucara military complex, and the sacred fountains of Tambomachay.
Day 6 Cusco – Machu Picchu – A shared transfer will take you to Ollantaytambo train station for your scenic train ride to Aguas Calientes. Travel aboard the Voyager train (to Aguas Calientes) and return later via the 360° train — both offering onboard entertainment and stunning views. Upon arrival, a local guide will assist you in reaching Machu Picchu by bus. Tour the magnificent citadel, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
Enjoy a set lunch at Café Inkaterra, overlooking the Vilcanota River, with cuisine that blends traditional Andean ingredients and contemporary flavors.
Day 7 Machu Picchu – Cusco – Spend a relaxed morning in Aguas Calientes. You may opt to revisit Machu Picchu for a second look (additional entry not included; ask for pricing). In the afternoon, return to Ollantaytambo by train. From there, a shared transfer takes you back to Cusco.
Day 8 Departure From Cusco – A representative will escort you from your hotel to the Cusco airport for your flight back to Lima.
