OUR RESPONSIBILITY: Vacanza Italy – Vacanza Destinations Inc., (referred to as The Company from this point forward) and its Representatives act only in the capacity of an agent of all air, land & sea transportation, sightseeing, tours, hotels & tour operators, which provide services included in a specified tour. The individual tour participant agrees that The Company and its Representatives shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to any act of omission from its suppliers of any hotel, air or land transportation carrier, restaurant supplier or other contractor rendering or providing services. The Company and its Representatives shall not be responsible for any expense or liability resulting from labor disputes, war, acts of terrorism, government restraints, weather conditions, sickness, pilferage or any other cause beyond their control. The Company and its Representatives reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason (including insufficient number of participants) or to change itineraries and/or substitute services or hotels of equal quality without prior notification. The Company and its Representatives assumes no responsibility for a schedule change by your designated carrier nor any additional costs (accommodation, meals, etc) caused by flight delays or missed connections. The Company and its Representatives reserve the right to accept, or to retain or refuse any person as a participant of any tour or to cancel any program of a tour if circumstances so demand. The Company, its Representatives and Tour Operator do not accept responsibility for improper Travel Documents (passport, visas, etc., see section to LEGAL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS).
FORCE MAJEURE: The Company and its Representatives shall not be responsible for any expense or liability resulting from delay, cancellation, loss of personal belongings, accident, bodily injury, illness, death, deterioration of travel services, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment due to an act of God; disputes, war, acts of terrorism or threats, government restraints; fire, floods, explosion, earthquakes, epidemics, quarantines, storms, lightning, tornados or adverse weather conditions; or any other cause beyond their control.
NOTICE TO TRAVELERS: Different standards of living and practices exist outside of Canada, including but not limited to the provision of utilities (water and electricity), accommodations, services of all kinds, food, food preparation, water quality, security, insects, wildlife or weather conditions. You agree that The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, illness or injury you may suffer as a result of such different living standards and practices. It is not uncommon to suffer from travelers’ diarrhea when travelling. The Public Health Agency of Canada recommends that you visit your family doctor or a travel medicine clinic prior to departure to advise you on precautions. Please check the Foreign Affairs & International Trade Canada website at voyage.gc.ca for information specific to your destination before you travel. All hotels undergo routine maintenance and renovations. Certain resort areas are undergoing major growth with ongoing construction and The Company is not responsible for any resulting inconvenience. At newly constructed properties, all facilities may not be 100% operational or last minute finishing touches or landscaping might be ongoing during your stay. If The Company is advised of any significant work that will be ongoing during your stay or of any major facilities that will not be available, we will try to advise you prior to departure through notice to your travel agent.
COMPLAINTS/PROBLEM HANDLING AT DESTINATION: Any problems arising with the services booked, either confirmed or pre-paid, must be immediately brought to the attention of our local supplier representative at your destination so that THEY may quickly resolve the situation. The representative’s emergency contact number is listed on your voucher. Failure to report any problems right away may prevent your right to a claim. It is difficult to resolve a claim if it is brought to our attention once you have returned home. CLIENT’S RETURN HOME: At no time will we accept responsibility for any issues arising during your holiday period, that we nor our local representatives have been notified of or advised of such issues at time of occurrence.
ARBITRATION: Claims or disputes (including unresolved claims) regarding services booked through or provided by The Company must be decided by an arbitrator in the province of The Company.
LEGAL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: It is the passenger’s responsibility to obtain, and have in their possession, all documentation required by all relevant government authorities including passports, visas, and inoculations. Special documentation (such as a notarized letter) may be required for minors traveling alone, children who carry a different surname than their traveling companions, and for single parents traveling with their children. Canadian Citizens and Residents of Canada of other nationalities such as landed immigrants are responsible for being in possession of their required travel documents, a valid passport and resident card. A visa may also be required; ENTRY/ EXIT visas, as well as LOCAL HEALTH requirements (inoculations).
CHILDREN: MINORS must be accompanied by adults at all times.
COMPLIANCE: You agree to comply with any reasonable directions requested by The Company and its Representatives during your vacation.
CANCELLATION NOTIFICATION must be sent in writing and include the return of all documentation.
Where Applicable – A Refund will be processed.
COMPLAINTS & PROBLEMS: If a problem were to arise with the services confirmed and pre-paid. You MUST, NOTIFY immediately our local representative or support desk at destination so that they will assist in resolving the issue. The emergency contact is listed on your voucher for any issues that may arise during your journey.

TOUR PRICES: All prices are per person and based upon double occupancy. Single and triple accommodations can be requested with price adjustment. Price is subject to change without notice as a result of adverse economic changes or currency fluctuations that may affect air/land transportation, hotels, or other related service providers.
TRANSFERS: Where transfers are included, there is one scheduled group transfer for arrival and departure at a designated time and place. Traveler‘s responsibility to be at the transfer point on time. Private transfers available – additional fee.

Vacanza Destinations Inc. and its representatives reserve the right to accept, or to retain or refuse any person as a participant of any tour or to cancel any program of a tour if circumstances so demand. Vacanza Destinations Inc. and its representatives reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason (including insufficient number of participants) or to change itineraries and/or substitute services or hotels of equal quality without prior notification. Vacanza Destinations Inc. and Tour Operator does not accept responsibility for improper Travel Documents (passport, visas, etc., see above paragraph with reference to TRAVEL DOCUMENTS.
IMPORTANT: Times and flights schedules or dates are subject to change as per terms & conditions of the tour operator/airline. It is the passenger’s responsibility to reconfirm these times.
DISCLAIMER: Client/Passenger acknowledges the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that it may create implications towards their booked holiday. Vacanza Destinations has no special knowledge of health hazards such as the risk of contracting Covid-19, either during the client’s travel or at the client’s destination, or Government travel restrictions; re: Terrorism, Act of War, Civil Unrest or Riot at your chosen destinations. We have no special knowledge of suppliers’ financial condition and no liability for supplier defaults or for recommending future travel credits with suppliers that may be out of business by the time the client tries to use the credits. If requested, we will assist with obtaining any refunds due or rebooking trips using future credits, but we will charge a non-refundable fee for such services. We strongly recommend trip cancellation and medical insurance, but some policies do not protect against cancellation due to pandemics or supplier defaults, so the client must read their insurance policy. We recommend the “cancel for any reason” insurance coverage, which costs more. Penalties may apply, non-refundable and non-transferable.
ACCEPTANCE: Through your payment for requested travel services, you the client acknowledges and accepts our terms and conditions as stipulated in this notice.
