Day 1: Arrive in Buenos Aires and take a private transfer with a guide from the international airport to your downtown hotel. Spend the rest of the day getting acquainted with Argentina’s vibrant capital, famous as the birthplace of Tango and home to iconic sites like the Casa Rosada, historic La Boca, and Puerto Madero.
Day 2: Buenos Aires Enjoy a private guided city tour highlighting why Buenos Aires is called the “Paris of South America.” Drive along 9 de Julio Avenue to see the Obelisk, visit Plaza de Mayo to see the Casa Rosada and Metropolitan Cathedral, and explore key neighborhoods including San Telmo, La Boca, Recoleta, Palermo, and modern Puerto Madero. In the evening, take a shared transfer to Tango Porteño for a three-course dinner with Argentine wine, accompanied by a live tango show featuring professional dancers, singers, and musicians.
Day 3: Buenos Aires El Calafate Take a private transfer with a guide from your hotel to the airport for your flight to El Calafate. Upon arrival, meet your driver for a private transfer to your downtown hotel.
Day 4: El Calafate Take in the rare and breathtaking beauty of the Perito Moreno Glacier, one of the UNESCO JEWELS. After breakfast in the morning go on a full day SIB tour of the Perito Moreno Glacier. On the way to the park, they will explain the importance of the glacier and share interesting details and facts about the park and Perito Moreno. At the end of the day the bus will take you back to your hotel.
Day 5: Calafate – Ushuaia Transfer to Calafate airport for your flight to Ushuaia. Upon arrival at the transfer to the hotel.
Day 6: Ushuaia After breakfast at the hotel, we will go on an excursion to the Terra del Fuego National Park. This National Park is the southernmost nature reserve in the world, being the only National Park that has a marine coastline 6 km long along the shores of the Beagle Channel and an area of 63,000 hectares. During the excursion we will pass the Pipo River, the Susana Mountains, the Gulf of Ensenada, the island of Redonda, Lake Roca, the bay of Lapataya, lagoons, the beaver dam and the forest house. The landscapes of the park delight with a variety – rocky mountains, rocky mountains, picturesque rivers, valleys and lakes.
Additionally, you can book an excursion to the penguin reserve on Martilo Island ($350 p/p in a group, transfer to the port 20 min and 2h navigation)Magellan penguins gather here at the end of September to give birth to offspring. In addition to them, you can find Papua penguins with a red beak. We will be able to walk with them, they are not afraid of people at all, and we will also see a variety of birds such as albatrosses, cormorants, petrels, vultures and South American terns.
Day 7: Ushuaia – Foz de Iguaçu
Breakfast at the hotel. Private transfer with driver to the airport for your flight to Iguazu. Upon arrival, transfer with a driver to the hotelDay 8: Foz de Iguaçu Breakfast at the hotel. Excursion to the Argentine waterfalls accompanied by an English-speaking guide. We will take a walk to the National Park and admire the waterfalls from special observation decks located high above them. Multi-ton jets of water form a huge number of waterfalls of various shapes and heights, over which multi-colored rainbows hang. Impressions from this spectacle will remain with you for a lifetime. Particularly impressive is the waterfall called Devil’s Throat, which is the largest of the waterfalls. The national park covers an area of 55,500 hectares, which preserve the diverse and unique flora and fauna of the region.
Day 9: Foz de Iguazu – Rio de Janeiro Breakfast. Excursion to the Brazilian side of the waterfalls (with an English-speaking guide).The Foz de Iguazu Falls, located on the border of Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay, are 275 huge water streams falling from a terrible height. The waterfalls are located in a national park with unique flora and fauna, arose as a result of a volcanic eruption and displacement of the earth’s strata. The name of the waterfalls means “big water” in Guarani. 275 waterfalls, each of which has its own name, fall with a crash into the Devil’s Throat Gorge. You can stand for hours without looking up, contemplating this spectacle and thinking about the splendor and eternity of our universe. At the end of the tour, transfer with a driver to the airport, flight to Rio de Janeiro. Arrival at Rio de Janeiro Airport. Transfer to the hotel.
Day 10: Rio de Janeiro
Breakfast at the hotel. Half-day excursion to Sugarloaf with an English-speaking guide. The first stop will be on Mount Urka, which has a wide observation deck where you can have a snack in a restaurant or bar. On Sugarloaf Mountain itself, there is a smaller platform, but it offers a beautiful view of Rio, Copacabana Beach, the bay, the surrounding mountains, islands in the ocean, the Niterói Bridge, and the statue of Christ.
Then by car you will go to the central areas of old Rio, where you will admire several ancient churches, monasteries, the main Cathedral of the city, as well as buildings built in the colonial style.Day 11: Rio de Janeiro
After breakfast, we go on a city tour with an English-speaking guide. Where you will admire several ancient churches, monasteries, the main Cathedral of the city, as well as buildings built in the colonial style. Arrive at the station, where an open, eco-friendly train starts and heads through the jungle to the top of Corcovado Hill. On both sides of the railway, there are breathtaking views of the Tijuca Forest, which is home to monkeys and other exotic animals and birds. At the top of the Corcovado hill, rises the symbol of Rio – the statue of Christ the Savior (38 m), which was erected in 1931. From the top of Corcovado, a breathtaking panorama of the metropolis and its surroundings opens: the Niterói Bridge, Guanabara Bay, the Botanical Garden, the world’s largest stadium Maracanã, Sugarloaf, and many others.Day 12: Rio de Janeiro
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer with driver to Rio de Janeiro Airport for your flight home.
