Itinerary Overview

Day 1: Arrival & Buenos Aires by Night Upon arrival, meet your driver for a private transfer to your hotel. In the evening, embark on a night tour of Buenos Aires starting at Plaza de Mayo, the historic square surrounded by the Casa Rosada, the Cabildo, and the Metropolitan Cathedral. Continue down Corrientes Avenue toward 9 de Julio Avenue to view the iconic Obelisk and the world-renowned Colón Theatre, famous for its world-class acoustics. Travel north into Palermo to take in its vibrant residential dining and nightlife scene. Finish the evening with dinner before returning to the hotel.

Day 2: Authentic Culinary Immersion  Choose between two immersive morning experiences, both concluding with a memorable lunch and great conversation:

• Interactive Cooking Class: Learn traditional Argentine recipes in a hands-on workshop equipped with all necessary cookware and aprons. Choose to cook alongside the chef or simply observe before enjoying the finished dishes paired with fine Argentine wine.

• Neighborhood Parrilla Tour: Skip the standard guidebooks and explore authentic local steakhouses off the beaten path. Taste genuine Porteño flavors while learning about local food culture in a relaxed, social atmosphere.

Return to the hotel for an evening at leisure.

Day 3: Pizza Culture & Wine Tasting  Spend the day exploring the Italian heritage of Buenos Aires through its legendary pizza scene. Visit historic pizzerias including Banchero in La Boca—the birthplace of the stuffed mozzarella Fugazzetta—as well as downtown institutions Guerrín, Las Cuartetas, and El Cuartito. In the evening, attend an exclusive Argentine wine tasting followed by dinner.

Day 4: Waterfront Dining & Departure Enjoy the morning at leisure for shopping or relaxing. At noon, gather for a farewell lunch at Cabaña Las Lilas in Puerto Madero with riverfront views. Afterward, transfer directly from the hotel to the airport for your departure flight.
