Day 1: Dubrovnik Welcome to Croatia! Airport meet and greet and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Dubrovnik.
Day 2: Dubrovnik After Breakfast meet your expert local guide for a 3 hour sightseeing of Dubrovnik (UNESCO-heritage). The city is surrounded by 2 km of walls with towers built between 11th and 17th century. A walk around city walls or funicular ride to the Srdj hill above . Walk on the city’s main street Stradun, visit to the Rector’s palace, the church of St Vlaho, the Cathedral, Franciscan monastery with one of the oldest pharmacies in Europe. Overnight Dubrovnik.
Day 3: Dubrovnik A day to discover more of Dubrovnik on your own. Or we suggest the possibility to visit Pelješac peninsula, known for its small villages and wineyards such as the Grgich vinery, founded by the world-known Croatian-born Californian wine-maker from Napa Valley, Grgich Hills Estate (35 km from Ston. This experience can be added to the itinerary. Visit of Ston, old town, known for its long city walls, the oldest preserved salt works in the history of Mediterranean, where salt is still harvested by hand, as well as the well-known oyster farms and taste some excellent seafood. Day 4: Dubrovnik Mostar – Split Depart from Dubrovnik and journey to Bosnia and Herzegovina in Mostar. Meet your guide for a city tour and learn about the turbulent history and take some beautiful photos of Mostar´s famous bridge. After trying some local Bosnian dishes like cevapcici. Continue towards Split. In the late afternoon we arrive to Split and check in your accommodation. Overnight Split
Day 5: Split In the morning enjoy a private sightseeing tour of the city. Split is the biggest city in Dalmatia and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The rich cultural and monumental heritage of this 1,700-year old city is seen on a walking tour. View remnants of the city’s Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, and its contemporary attractions. The tour will mainly focus on the 3rd century Diocletian’s Palace, which represents the heart of the inner city, and where all the most important historical buildings can be found. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Split.
Day 6: Split – Plitvice lakes – Rastoke – Zagreb Today travel to reach the breathtaking Rastoke village. A Short 30 minute visit. Continue to the most beautiful national park in Croatia, where you will explore the lakes and waterfalls by walking and taking a boat and train ride. Duration: 4 hours. In the late afternoon we will arrive to Zagreb. You will reach your accommodation balance of day at leisure.
Overnight ZagrebDay 7: Zagreb Croatia’s capital, which has been one of the oldest European cities, situated on the crossroads of Eastern and Western Europe. Meet your guide and start with panoramic drive towards the new Zagreb. Drive around the green horseshoe (late 19th – early 20th century part) Drive to Mirogoj. After exploring the sites above with a car, continue on a foot. Stroll through the Ban Jelačić square, Zagreb’s central meeting point, and main city square. Walk to Kaptol and sightseeing of the beautiful architecture of the Zagreb Cathedral.. After Cathedral pass by Dolac, the farmer’s market. Walk through Tkalčićeva street. Continue our tour through the secret WW II tunnel. Short funicular ride to Upper Town and sightseeing of the Upper city Gradec . Duration 4 hours. Overnight Zagreb
