Day 1. (Saturday) Barcelona:
Arrival at airport or rail station meet and greet and transfer to your hotel.
Check into your hotel and some free time to relax. At 7:00 pm approx, you will be transferred to the Balmesana Palace where you will enjoy a special welcome dinner and an exclusive Opera show.
First, enjoy a welcome Cava (Champagne) drink, and a guided tour of the building, where you can admire the artworks
of Josep Limona, and the chapel of Joan Rubio Bellver, disciple of Gaudí.
Throughout the evening you will be entertained with three arias performed by opera singers. Dinner will take place in the hall.
and you will have the pleasure of tasting a menu inspired by various operas that will take you on an exquisite musical journey. Enjoy the sounds, take in the setting and let yourself be carried away by the senses. Transfer back to your hotel at about 11:00pm. Overnight.Day 2. (Sunday). Barcelona: BARBERCUE PARTY ON CATAMARAN
After breakfast, prepare your swimsuit for today, as you delve into a unique experience onboard a beautiful catamaran.
Listen to the music and make. enjoy included refreshments as you cruise for an hour along the coast to Badalona.
Drop anchor in a lovely spot for a dip in the sea. Have fun on the giant donut for about 20 minutes before a bell announces that it is time for the barbecue party. Feast on delicious dishes like pasta salad, burgers, sausage and fruit salad, and enjoy included beverages. Return to Port Olímpic as the music rises so everyone can dance. Marvel as your host performs an amazing choreography that
will be hard to resist. Soak up the great atmosphere and lots of laughs to leave with cherished memories. Recharge your tan if
you don’t want to dance and prefer to sunbathe on deck. Return to your hotel. Rest of day at leisure to discover this unique Mediterranean capital. Overnight.Day 3. (Monday). Barcelona: NATURE, FOOD & WINE EXPERIENCE IN MONTSERRAT
After breakfast you will have a nature & cultural immersion, combined with a culinary experience, where you will taste
some of the best local wines and dishes. Transfer to the meeting point in Barcelona and drive to Montserrat. Climb aboard the rack railway and reach the top of the mountain to enjoy spectacular views of the area. There are plenty of things to do in Montserrat and our full day tour grants a whole morning to our guests for them to dive into the wonders of this unique site. After the guided tour, you will enjoy an extended free time of up to 2,5 hours: the stunning
landscape, the viewpoints and hiking trails, the immense basilica, la Moreneta, the farmers’ food stalls… there’s just so much to do!
Having lunch at a local restaurant is a compulsory stop after a fulfilling morning like this. We also believe that enjoying the
gastronomy and the wine of a region is a great way of getting in touch with its traditions and culture. A seasonal full meal with
wine is included and the group will love to listen to all the stories and anecdotes their local guide has ready for you!
There’s only one way to finish this day off, and that is by visiting one of our local wine producers. Either in DO Penedès or in DO Pla de Bages, we will take you to a wonderful wine cellar where you learn about our traditions and history. A visit
around the winery premises will be followed by a delicious tasting of three local wines.
Return to the starting point in Barcelona at 19:00 hrs. approx. Overnight at your hotel.Day 4 (Tuesday) Barcelona: FAREWELL DINNER WITH THE STARS / WINE & TAPAS TOUR AT HIDDEN BODEGAS
After breakfast, enjoy your last day strolling the streets of the Gothic quarters or taking a sunbath on one of the city beaches. In the evening, say goodbye to the “Condal” city with a dinner accompanied by the stars.
Diiner will be at the the Fabra Observatory during the summer months (optional special dinners will be provided during
winter, or a special Wine & Tapas tour in hidden bodegas) and combines scientific outreach, astronomical observation and a
suggestive gastronomic offer. Both the Observatory and the dinners are located at one of the privileged viewpoints of the city of Barcelona.
The evening starts with a welcome glass of Cava (Catalonian “champagne”), and, of course, the dinner, an original and delicious gastronomic offer of astronomical inspiration, based on quality ingredients and the finest cuisine, served at dusk on the terrace. The night invites to visit the interior of the Observatory. The visit includes the museum, the “noucentista” hall (early 20th century) and the meridian telescope. You will enter the great dome, which preserves its original elements. You will be able to observe celestial bodies in faraway constellations, stars and most part of the Solar System through the 1904 telescope, one of the largest and oldest telescopes still in use in Europe. Your dinner today starts with a glass of cava, starters, first and second course, dessert and paired from the cellar of:o White wine Poesia, DO catalunya o Red wine cuatro gotas, DO rioja o Cava brut nature Gran Amat. After dinner, be transferred back to your hotel. OvernightDay 5 (Wednesday) Barcelona: DEPARTURE
