Day 1 – Palermo
Upon arrival at Palermo Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure to relax and begin exploring the city at your own pace.
Overnight: Palermo
Day 2 – Palermo • Monreale or Cefalù • Palermo
After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of Palermo, the vibrant capital of Sicily.

- Martorana Church
- Teatro Massimo Opera House
In the afternoon, choose one of the following excursions (please advise your preferred option at the time of booking):
Option 1 – Monreale
Visit the magnificent 12th-century Cathedral of Monreale, renowned for its extraordinary Byzantine mosaics, the iconic Christ Pantocrator, and its beautiful cloister.
Option 2 – Cefalù
Discover the charming seaside town of Cefalù, one of Sicily’s most picturesque coastal destinations. Wander through its cobbled streets, admire its historic monuments, and enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean.
Return to Palermo. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

Day 3 – Palermo • Agrigento (Valley of the Temples)
After breakfast, transfer to Agrigento.
Visit the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Valley of the Temples, one of the most important archaeological sites in the Mediterranean. Explore the impressive Doric temples built during the 6th and 5th centuries BC.
The remainder of the day is at leisure.
Overnight: Agrigento
Day 4 – Agrigento • Syracuse • Taormina
After breakfast, depart for Syracuse.
Visit the Neapolis Archaeological Park, including:
- Greek Theatre
- Altar of Hieron II
- Ear of Dionysius Cave
Continue to Ortigia Island, the historic heart of Syracuse, where ancient Greek heritage blends beautifully with elegant Baroque architecture.
Later, transfer to Taormina.

Day 5 – Taormina
After breakfast, enjoy a guided walking tour of Taormina. Perched on the slopes of Mount Tauro overlooking the Ionian Sea, Taormina offers some of Sicily’s most spectacular scenery.
Highlights include:
- Corso Umberto
- Porta Messina
- Porta Catania
- Greek-Roman Theatre
- Palazzo Corvaja
The remainder of the day is at leisure.
Overnight: Taormina
Day 6 – Taormina • Mount Etna • Taormina
After breakfast, depart on a half-day excursion (approximately 5 hours) to Mount Etna, Europe’s highest active volcano and Italy’s largest protected natural area.
The excursion includes:
- Stop in Zafferana Etnea with panoramic views over the Ionian coast
- Complimentary local honey tasting
- Visit to the Silvestri Craters (approximately 1,980 metres)
Optional excursions are available:
- Cable car to approximately 2,600 metres
- Cable car and 4×4 jeep excursion to approximately 3,000 metres
Return to Taormina.

Day 7 – Taormina • Catania
After breakfast, transfer to Catania Airport at the scheduled time for your departing flight.
