  Day 1 – Lake Maggiore arrival check into your hotel.

  Day 2 – Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands
  Today enjoy a boat trip to discover the Borromean Islands in style with this private 3 hour tour from Stresa created just for you and or your group. Your guide will whisk you away to explore the three iconic Lake Maggiore islands—Isola Madre, Isola dei Pescatori, and Isola Bella. Stroll through the lush gardens of Isola Madre and soak in the history of the baroque Palazzo Borromeo. This private tour offers a personalized experience of Italian charm.

  Day 3 – Lake Maggiore. Today extend your explorations by taking a full day panoramic mountain train ride traveling from Italy to Switzerland. Along the way, discover villages, such as Santa Maria Maggiore, which is well known for being a winter sports destination and for its Christmas markets.  It is recommend sitting on the left side of the train to Santa Maria Maggiore and on the right side from there to Locarno a resort town in Southern Switzerland.

  Day 4 – Today experience traditional Piemontese cuisine. Enjoy a 3 hour cooking class.  Learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina. Immerse yourself in a hands on fresh pasta class with amazing view of Lake Maggiore. From preparing the dough to making ravioli, tagliatelle & potato gnocchi.  At the end of the class, you will be able to taste the fruits of our labor, accompanied by a bottle of Piedmontese wine.
