Day 1: Rome
Arrival at Rome airport exit baggage area meet your driver and transfer to your hotel in city centre. Balance of day at leisure. Overnight Rome.Day 2: Classical Rome & Imperial Rome
Breakfast at the hotel. Join a regular city tour of Classical Rome. Reach meeting point on your own. Crossing Piazza della Repubblica with the Naiads Fountain, the guided tour will start with a pleasant walk through the historic center of the “Eternal City”, which will lead us to the Trevi Fountain, the Marco Aurelio Column, Palazzo di Montecitorio (designed by Bernini), the Pantheon, Palazzo Madama (seat of the Senate of the Republic) and Piazza Navona. We will then board the coach, and after passing through Castel Sant’Angelo, we will arrive St. Peter’s Square, where we will have an explanation of the Basilica from the outside. Take a break and enjoy lunch in one of the delightful outdoor trattorias.
In the afternoon, join a regular tour of the Imperial Rome. Arrive Piazza Venezia by bus and a walking guided tour will begin from here, heading to Piazza del Campidoglio, designed by the great Michelangelo, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Roman Forum. Continue the sightseeing tour by coach, reaching the Circus Maximus and Colle Aventino. Stop to admire the Statue of Moses by Michelangelo located in the church of San Pietro in Vincoli, at a very short distance from here, you will reach the symbol of the eternal city: the Colosseum. Your tour includes internal visit. Overnight RomeDay 3: Vatican Museum, Naples, Sorrento
Breakfast at the hotel. Join a regular group tour of the Vatican Museums. Arrive meeting point on your own. Begin the tour of Piazza della Repubblica with the Naiads Fountain. From Piazzale Flaminio we can see Piazza del Popolo, the old northern entrance of the Capital, with the Egyptian obelisk of Ramses II in the center. Then we will have a walk along the walls of Vatican City to reach the entrance of the Vatican Museums. Our guide will lead us to the Arazzi Gallery, the Geographic Gallery, before finally reaching the famous Sistine Chapel with the wonderful fresco of the Universal Judgment of Michelangelo. At the end of the excursion, free time to visit St. Peter’s Basilica. The visit ends at the point closest to the hotel. Transfer on your own to the train station in Rome, to catch the high speed train for Naples. Upon arrival, be met by your private driver and transfer to the hotel in Sorrento. Breakfast at the hotel. Join a regular group tour. Discover the Amalfi Coast. Reach meeting point in Sorrento on your own. First stop the famous Amalfi coast road, one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world, take some “souvenir photos”. Arrive Positano around 11:30. Visit this small town, whose colorful buildings cascade towards the sea. You will have the opportunity to visit the famous craft boutiques or the church of Santa Maria Assunta. Second stop will be in Amalfi, passing through the picturesque villages of Praiano, Furore and Conca dei Marini. Arrive Amalfi, Perla della Costiera, a city famous in the past for paper production. Do not miss the typical Mediterranean architecture, formed by narrow streets and typical white houses stacked together and a visit to the famous Amalfi Cathedral. Last stop of the tour is in Ravello, a magical land, as described by the most famous travelers, chosen as “a spiritual homeland”. Enjoy a spectacular view of the coast, looking at Minori and Maiori. Here you will have one hour free time to wander about or you can ask our guide for suggestions on further visits or go to the splendid Villa Rufolo, a 13th-century villa from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of Maiori and Minori. Return to Sorrento. Overnight SorrentoDay 6: Sorrento Capri, Sorrento
Breakfast at the hotel. Join a regular group tour to the island of Capri. Transfer to the departure point of the excursion on your own. A pleasant boat ride along the Sorrento coast will take you to the island of Capri. Departure from the Port of Piane di Sorrento towards the island. Arrival at Marina Grande, the main port of the island. Free time to walk through the alleys of the center, reliving the ancient times between the archaeological finds of Villa Jovis and an excursion to Mount Solaro. Around 15:30 you will have as boat tour of the island. Among the recommended sites of interest, focus your attention on the Punta Carena lighthouse, the second largest in Italy, the Blue Grotto and the Arco NaturalE (entrance fee not included) € 13.00 P.P. approx) e. We will make several stops where you can swim and dive. Bring your swimsuit. Return to Sorrento late in the afternoon. Overnight SorrentoDay 7: Sorrento, Pompeii, Sorrento
Breakfast at the hotel. Join regular group tour to discover Pompeii. Arrive meeting point in Sorrento on your own. Visit the famous archaeological site of Pompeii with an expert official guide. Join our small group to ensure a more personal experience! Walk along the ancient “cardini” and “decumani” and explore the remains of the Romans. Pompeii remained buried by volcanic ash from the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in the first century, until the beginning of excavations in the 18th century. See the bathrooms, streets, bakeries and forums that were an integral part of daily life at that time, and marvel at the frescoes, magnificently preserved, adorning the walls and floors of the fine villas. Return to Sorrento. Free time in the afternoon at your disposal. Overnight Accommodation.Day 8: Sorrento, Naples, Bari

Breakfast at the hotel. Pick up at the hotel in Bari for a sightseeing walking tour of the old town. Capital of the Puglia region in Southern Italy, Bari has beautiful architecture and a rich history dating back to the Middle Ages but visiting it without a guide means missing out on the secrets of the city. On this walking tour, explore the main attractions, such as the Basilica of San Nicola and the 12th-century Norman-Swabian Castello. In the afternoon, departure to Alberobello. Trulli are an important example of rural architecture that still survives today. The panoramic view of Rione Aia Piccola with its infinite extension of conical roofs is lovely. Do not miss the opportunity to live an authentic experience in Alberobello, discover the ancient and unique buildings of Apulia and learn something new about the traditions with a friendly multilingual local guide. Return to Bari. Overnight Bari.Day 10: Bari, Lecce
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, transfer to Bari train station on your own. Catch train to Lecce. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel on your own. In the afternoon, take advantage of a walking tour of what is considered the Florence of the South and known for its famous Baroque art and architecture revealed between the end of the 16th century and the first half of the 17th century. You can admire the rich and beautiful decoration of the church of St. Oronzo, the Basilica of the Holy Cross and the Celestini Palace. In the corner of St.Oronzo admire the Roman amphitheater of the 2nd century AD and the column of St. Oronzo, with its 29 meters of height and a statue of the Saint on top. Overnight Lecc.Day 11: Lecce, Gallipoli, Lecce
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, pick up at the hotel and departure to Gallipoli. Perched on the characteristic islet, to visit the old town of Gallipoli, we will start by taking the road taking us from the walls to the Church of San Francesco da Paola with its simple façade; we will then proceed to the Church of Santa Maria della Purezza. Next, we will take the Via De Pace, which divides the town: Sant’Agata Cathedral is located here, this beautiful church is considered one of the best examples of the Salento Baroque. Free time and return to Lecce. Free time in the afternoon at leisure. Overnight LecceDay 12: Lecce- Brindisi
After breakfast at the scheduled time, transfer to Brindisi airport. ***end of services***
