Day 1 – Arrival in Rome
Welcome to Rome, the Eternal City! Upon arrival at Rome Airport, meet your private driver for a comfortable transfer to your hotel.
This evening, enjoy dinner in one of Rome’s most charming and authentic neighborhoods—Trastevere. Known as the heart of Roman nightlife, Trastevere is filled with lively piazzas, traditional trattorias, cozy wine bars, and bustling cafés. Here, you’ll savour authentic Roman cuisine in a typical trattoria while discovering culinary traditions that have been passed down through generations. Your transfer to the restaurant and reservation are included for a hassle-free evening. After dinner, return to your hotel at your leisure for your overnight stay.
Day 2 – Ancient Rome & Pizza-Making Experience
After breakfast, prepare to discover one of the world’s most iconic landmarks—the Colosseum.
Your driver will collect you from your centrally located hotel and take you to the archaeological area, where you’ll join your guided group tour. Step inside the legendary amphitheatre and journey back in time as your expert guide brings its fascinating history to life. Once capable of seating up to 80,000 spectators, the Colosseum hosted spectacular gladiatorial contests, public games, and dramatic performances that captivated Ancient Rome.Your guided tour also includes the Roman Forum, once the political, religious, and commercial heart of the Roman Empire, and Palatine Hill, the legendary birthplace of Rome and the site of the emperors’ magnificent palaces. Following the tour, enjoy free time and lunch at your leisure. In the afternoon, make your own way to Lo Studio (Vicolo della Scalaccia 8) in Trastevere for an enjoyable hands-on pizza-making class. In an intimate group of no more than 12 participants, you’ll discover the secrets of authentic Italian pizza—from preparing and kneading the perfect dough to selecting fresh ingredients and creating your own favourite toppings.
While your pizza bakes to perfection in a traditional oven, enjoy a delicious bruschetta accompanied by water, wine, or a soft drink. Then sit down to savour the pizza you’ve created and discover whether you’ve mastered the skills of a true Italian pizzaiolo.
After dinner, spend some time exploring Trastevere’s lively streets, where restaurants, cafés, bars, and artisan shops create an unforgettable evening atmosphere.

Day 3 – The Vatican & Roman Food Tour
After breakfast, meet your private driver for your transfer to the Vatican area, where you’ll join your professional guide for a fascinating tour of the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Square. Explore one of the world’s greatest collections of art as you stroll through magnificent galleries, including the Gallery of Tapestries and the Gallery of Maps, before arriving at the breathtaking Sistine Chapel. At 5:15 PM, make your own way to Via dei Baullari, 106, where you’ll meet your local foodie guide for an unforgettable walking food tour through Campo de’ Fiori, Trastevere, and the historic Jewish Ghetto. As you stroll through these vibrant neighbourhoods, you’ll visit local food markets, delicatessens, and artisan gelato shops while sampling some of Rome’s most iconic flavours. Enjoy crispy Pizza Bianca filled with freshly sliced mortadella, savour a traditional Supplì—a golden fried risotto ball with tomato sauce and melted mozzarella—and indulge in a classic Roman pasta dish. You’ll also sample specialties from Rome’s historic Jewish cuisine, including Carciofi alla Giudia (crispy fried artichokes) or fried zucchini flowers, depending on the season. End your culinary journey with a delicious artisan gelato.

Day 4 – Tivoli: Hadrian’s Villa & Villa d’Este
After breakfast, meet your private driver for a full-day excursion to Tivoli, a picturesque hill town located just a short drive from Rome. Surrounded by beautiful countryside between the Eternal City and the Sabine Hills, Tivoli is renowned for its two UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Your first stop is Hadrian’s Villa, the magnificent imperial residence built by Emperor Hadrian during the 2nd century AD. Designed as a luxurious retreat, the vast complex extends over more than one square kilometre and includes palaces, baths, theatres, gardens, pools, and more than 30 impressive structures. The villa stands as a remarkable testament to the wealth, grandeur, and power of the Roman Empire.
Continue to the enchanting Villa d’Este, commissioned in the 16th century by Cardinal Ippolito II d’Este. Famous for its beautifully frescoed interiors and spectacular Renaissance gardens, the villa is celebrated for its elegant terraces, fountains, waterfalls, pools, and intricate water features. Its ingenious hydraulic system, powered entirely by gravity without the use of pumps, remains one of the greatest engineering achievements of the Renaissance.
After your visit, return to Rome for your overnight stay.
Day 5 – Departure from Rome
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departing flight or rail station.
