  9:00 or 9:30 am arrive meeting point in centre of Lake Como.  Meeting with a private driver and transfer to Ravenna or Bellaggio based onyour location preference.  Transfer to a food-blogger and chef. A pleasant walk in the historical centre in order to visit some cute corners and to do the shopping at the market. It will be the occasion to enjoy the typical Italian atmosphere, buying some ingredients you will use during the cooking class. The idea of this informal private lesson is to give you the flavor of true Italian lifestyle through food, an experience for all senses, based on the importance of nutrition. The lesson, held in a cozy family and homely environment will include three healthy recipes (first course, main course and dessert) using fresh seasonal ingredients bought at the local market. A seasonal menu is usually discussed together according to clients’ taste, food allergies and diet. You will be welcomed with a rich appetizer and Prosecco wine. After the class we can enjoy the food together.
