An amazing cooking experience in the heart of the Amalfi Coast. Spend a few delightful days with our leading chef and learn from this amazing teacher the secret ingredients to exquisite Mediterranean cuisine. You will learn to prepare amazing dishes such as eggplant parmigiana, ravioli, gnocchi, seafood dishes and some popular desserts such as tiramisu. Of course, the best part of the class, the food always comes with some excellent wines. A fun way to taste and see the beauties of the Amalfi coast has to offer. Your accommodation will be at Don Antonino Relais a piece of heaven in the heart of Sorrento. Its strategic position at the edge of town makes it perfect to explore and relax the private garden.

Day 1: Arrival Naples airport or rail station. Meet your driver and transfer to your hotel in Sorrento. Check in and time to relax. At 7:30 welcome dinner, meet your chef and other class participants. Dinner will be at the cooking school.
Day 2: Leisurely breakfast and at 10:00 am meet your driver and transfer to a local farm. This experience will introduce you to a family that has been producing top quality olive oil for years, and mozzarella cheese. Your tour will include a delicious light lunch with the wonderful freshly produced cheese along with with a tasting of olive oil. Of course any good meal must end with a taste of the famed Limoncello liqueur. as you return to Sorrento you will have a short stop at an small but exclusive Leather factory visit. Afternoon of relaxation. Time to relax and at 4;00 pm our first cooking lesson followed by dinner.
Day 3: At 8:30 am meet your driver outside hotel lobby and enjoy a delightful tour of the Amalfi Coast. Time for lunch on your own. After tour at 4:30 pm return to cooking school for your second cooking lesson followed by dinner.
Day 4: Leisurely breakfast and at 10:00 am meet your driver and transfer to the slopes of Mt. Vesuvius to visit a winery. Enjoy a light lunch with local products and wine tasting. Return to hotel and afternoon free time to relax or explore more of Sorrento.
