Day 1: Sardinia → Bonifacio → Porto Vecchio
Meet your driver at your hotel in Olbia or Alghero and transfer to the port of Santa Teresa di Gallura.
Public ferry to Bonifacio.
Meet your driver, collect your rental car, and continue to the Porto Vecchio area.
Hotel check-in.
Day 2: Porto Vecchio → Aléria → Bastia
Breakfast. Visit Porto Vecchio, founded by the Genoese in 1539 on a rocky promontory.
Drive up the east coast to Aléria. Visit the archaeological area with Roman remains, necropolis, forum, temple, baths, and the Jérôme-Carcopino Museum.
See the San Marcelo church and the remains of Diana’s Tower near the lagoon.
Continue to Bastia. Overnight.
Day 3: Bastia → St Florent → Cap Corse → Sisco → Bastia
Breakfast. Drive to St Florent, a former Genoese town and now a popular seaside resort.
Continue around Cap Corse, known for dramatic peaks, Genoese towers, and coastal villages including Nonza, Pino, Santa Severa, Pietracorbara, and Sisco.
Return to Bastia. Overnight.
Day 4: Bastia → Calvi → Ajaccio
Breakfast. Travel through the Agriates Desert and the hilltop villages of Balagne.
Continue to Calvi, known for its citadel, marina, long beach, and views of the mountains.
Some traditions cite Calvi as the birthplace of Christopher Columbus.
Drive on to Ajaccio. Overnight.
Day 5: Ajaccio → Corte → Evisa → Ajaccio
Breakfast. Drive to Corte, in the heart of the island, set on a rocky promontory between two valleys.
Visit the citadel and enjoy views over the mountains, forests, rivers, and lakes of central Corsica.
Continue to Evisa, a mountain village near the Col de Vergio.
Drive along the D84 through Niolu and the Scala di Santa Regina gorge, with red granite walls and natural pools along the Golo River.
Return to Ajaccio.
Day 6: Ajaccio → Bavella → Sartène → Bonifacio
Breakfast. Drive to the Bavella Needles in the Mount Incudine massif.
Continue toward Sartène, known as one of Corsica’s most traditional towns.
Stop 7 km before Sartène to see the Spin’à Cavallu bridge, a 13th-century Pisan arch.
Proceed to Bonifacio. Overnight.
Day 7: Bonifacio → Olbia
Breakfast. Return your rental car.
Private transfer to the port for the ferry to Sardinia.
Arrive in Santa Teresa di Gallura and transfer to Olbia Airport.
End of services.
