  Enjoy a day trip from Venice to discover the beautiful city of Verona, the famous setting of “Romeo and Juliet” by Shakespeare, and the unmissable Sirmione, an impressive town on the shores of Lake Garda where the ancient Roman ruins mix with the crystalline blue of the waters.
  Verona is a beautiful and romantic city, a thriving medieval city and also a popular tourist destination. Go back to Shakespeare’s time and call your Romeo from Juliet’s balcony, or visit the ancient Roman Arena, exceptionally preserved, where, during the summer, concerts and operas are still organized. In addition, you will have free time to explore the narrow medieval streets and renaissance palaces that constitute the historic center of Verona.
  Impressive locations on the shores of Lake Garda have received visitors for centuries. The first people who fell in love with this area were the Romans, who made it a luxurious summer destination: in Sirmione you can visit the ruins and mosaics that mark its presence.
  Sirmione, which lies between the blue waters of Lake Garda and the green olive trees, is undoubtedly one of the most romantic places on this land and its beauty was sung by the Roman poet Catulo already in his early days. Visit the narrow medieval streets full of colors, the castle surrounded by the moat (Rocca Scaligera), and fill yourself with wonder with the most impressive attraction of the town, the great Roman Villa. End of day relaxing drive back to Venice.
