  Depart 8:30 am centrally located hotel:
  Travel with your English speaking driver  to the first winery. You arrive at Casale del Giglio. Here you will enjoy a guided tour and tasting of 7 wines.  Since 1985, Dino’s son, Antonio has been following in his father’s winemaking footsteps. He set out with Paolo Tiefenthaler, a young enologist from Trentinon and they were inspired by the models of cultivation practiced in Bordeaux, Australia and California. The winery, which today owns 180 hectares of vineyards, has received high praise in both the Italian and international markets. Its flagship label is Mater Matuta, a blend of Syrah and Petit Verdot. You will walk through the vineyards to the cellar. Visit the cellar and explore the aging rooms. After visit of cellar  you will be guided to the Natural Oasis, a pond that is filled up by a natural spring that runs through the estate and is surrounded by a forest of trees that are native to the Maquis of the Mediterranean. Once back to the winery, you will be guided to our tasting room to enjoy a wine tasting.

  Continue to Cori, a beautiful town where we will stop for lunch at the Cincinnato  farmhouse  for a special experience tasting their incredible delicacies paired with local wines. The farmhouse is made of recycled barrels and pure materials. An incredible venue where to gather and eat. The restaurant offers a large room overlooking the vineyards, tastefully furnished with furniture designed and made by local artisans and a veranda to eat outdoors in summer evenings. The cuisine is based exclusively on local products from meat, salami and cheese, vegetables from our garden, fresh pasta and desserts prepared by our chefs.

  Visit  Cori a Urban town rich with artistic monuments, medieval quarter and 15th century Annunziata Chapel. Reach the Marco Carpineti company belonging to the Carpineti family for several generations, since 1994 Marco adopted the Organic farming methods, In fact, herbicides, chemical fertilizers and synthetic products do not find asylum on the Marco Carpineti estate. Currently the company covers about 52.5 hectares, of which 41 are planted with vineyards and 11.5 with olive groves. Here you will taste their grappa with artisanal chocolates, before heading back to Rome for 6:30 pm!
