Day 1 – Welcome to Cinque Terre Check in at your accommodation.
Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome pack containing information about the area and suggestions for your visits to the Cinque Terre. The envelope also includes the Cinque Terre Train Card, a ticket to the famous Via dell’Amore, a ferry boat ticket and vouchers for a dinner and a wine tasting. If you arrive in the early afternoon, we recommend taking your first walk in Manarola, admiring the coloured houses. Dinner in a traditional restaurant in Manarola or Monterosso. You will be provided with a menu featuring fish specialities.Day 2 -Riomaggiore to Manarola through the Path of Love (Via dell’Amore)
Your first day will take you to discover the beauty of Riomaggiore, with its breathtaking harbor, pebble beach, and scenic walks. You’ll stroll along the famous Via dell’Amore, reopened in 2014 after years of restoration work, and reach Manarola, where more panoramic walks through the vineyards await you, along with one of the largest nativity scenes in the world. You’ll end the day with a wine tasting to discover the local wines. Dinner on your own.Day 3 – The discover of Monterosso, Vernazza and Corniglia
Your third day in the Cinque Terre will be slightly more demanding. Take the scheduled ferry boat to Monterosso in the morning and enjoy the largest of the five villages, rich in history and featuring impressive statues, some of which require a bit of effort to reach.
Then you’ll take the train to the charming village of Vernazza, shaped like a little jewel box. Lose yourself in its narrow alleys — called “carruggi” in the local dialect — and you won’t regret it. Later during the day, you can take the train to visit Corniglia, with its 382 steps (you can take the shuttle bus to reach the top) and its beautiful churches and panoramas, before returning to Manarola in the evening. Our tip is to bring your swimsuit and enjoy a swim in Monterosso and Vernazza!Day 4 – Portovenere
Discover the stunning town of Portovenere. From Manarola, you’ll take the scheduled boat to reach this picturesque seaside village, enjoying the views of the Cinque Terre coastline along the way. Spend the day exploring Portovenere’s breathtaking viewpoints, unspoiled natural beauty, colorful houses and historic sites, before returning by ferry to Manarola.Day 5 – Departure
