  Day 1: Milan Welcome to Milan! After your arrival at the airport, make your own way to your hotel and then enjoy your first day in the city at your own leisure. Overnight stay.

  Day 2 Milan · Como · Bellagio · Milan
  Breakfast at your hotel. At 8:15 am reach the meeting point at Largo Cairoli corner Via Cusani to join the group for the full day excursion to Como and Bellagio leaving at 8:30* am. Nestled between the huge snow capped Alps that rise up from its shores, is fashionable lakeside town Como. After spending time shopping and dining, you will take a two-hour panoramic cruise on Lake Como. Lake Como is the third largest lake in Europe and is sur- rounded by stunning alpine scenery and beautiful villages famed for their high quality silk production. On your cruise, admire the lakeside villas and keep an eye out for Villa d’Este at Cernobbio, a luxurious hotel set in tropical gardens. The mild Mediterranean climate ensures an abundance of exotic and rare plants thrive year round. Docking at the town of Bellagio, one of the most famous towns on the lake, you can follow the steep alleys run- ning up from the lake and stop for a coffee or gelato at one of the lively cafes housed in grand historic buildings. Spend some time at your leisure here before cruise back to Como. In the afternoon, return at the meeting point. Overnight stay.

  Day 3 Milan Breakfast at your hotel. Morning at your leasure. At 2.30 pm reach the meeting point at Largo Cairoli corner Via Cusani for the regular afternoon half day city tour of Mi- lan. Take a look at the medieval Sforza Castle. An im- pressive medieval Castle and fortress, one of the most impressive urban castles in Europe. The Sforzesco was once residence for the ruling family of Milan and now hosts several of the city’s museums and art collections.
  Visit the splendid Duomo Cathedral, a striking example of Gothic art and the largest church in Italy. Try to count the statue crammed onto its roof and façade, there are more than 3.200 of them, before following your guide in the visit of the interior. Exit the Duomo and walk in- side Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II shopping gallery, a 19th century glass vaulted shopping arcade. Brimming with fashionable shops and cafes, it used to be the connect- ing path between the Cathedral and the La Scala Opera House, so the ladies could stay dry in their way to the theatre in case of rain. At the end of the Galleria you ar- rive at Milan’s most famous Opera House: the fabulous La Scala theatre. Founded in 1778 and still in use, some of the world’s greatest musicians and opera singers have performed here including Pavarotti, Maria Callas and Giuseppe Verdi. Overnight stay.

  Day 4 Milan  Breakfast at the hotel. End of our services.
