    Day 1:  Sunday Dubrovnik
    Arrive Dubrovnik airport  meet and greet and private transfer to your hotel. Balance of day at leisure. Overnight in Dubrovnik /Dubrovnik area.

    Day 2:  Monday Dubrovnik – Orašac – Ston – Split (B)
    After breakfast in the hotel, a sightseeing tour of Dubrovnik with a local guide through its labyrinthine streets, where e cobblestones whisper stories s of centuries past. Marvel at the intricate architecture t hat adorns every building, from the Rector’s Palace to Onofrio’s fountain, each bearing the mark of Dubrovnik’s storied history as one of the strongest medieval maritime m e states Amidst this architectural marvel, discover the  Franciscan Monastery, a sanctuary of peace and tranquility.  Free time and departure to Orašac for the presentation of olive oil production and tasting. As you arrive in the village of Orašac, you’ll be greeted by t h e captivating beauty of the surrounding landscape, with rolling hills and lush greenery as far as the eye can see . Stepping into the ancient stone mill, you’re greeted by the rhythmic grinding of millstones, powered by traditional methods that have endure d for generations. Here , the combination of prosciutto and cheese transcends a simple snack; it becomes a celebration of Croatian culinary heritage and a testament to the warmth and generosity of the local people. Our journey continues along the picturesque Pelješac pe ninsula, where we embark on a cruise along the Bay of Mali Ston , indulging in the taste of freshly harvested oysters. The briny flavors of the sea and the delicacy of the oysters create a harmonious symphony on our palates, leaving us yearning for more. Near the town of Ston, a natural wonder unfolds in the form o f salt pans, a testament to the region’s historical significance as a salt producing hub. The towns walls form a formidable defense system , often referred to as the “European Wall of China”
    Free time in the town of Ston and departure to Split. Overnight in Split /Split area.

    Day 3:  Tuesday   Split- Petrčane – Zadar – Biograd  (B, L, D)
    After breakfast in the hotel sightseeing of town of Split with a local guide. In the historic heart of Split step into the world of Emperor Diocletian, who built this majestic palace as his retirement retreat in the 4th century.  The vibrant energy of the city is felt by locals and visitors alike in the bustling streets. Explore the local markets, indulge in authentic cui ine, or simply soak up the lively atmosphere of the city’s square s and waterfront promenades  Here, we explore the renowned Meštrović Gallery, marveling at the works of art of this famous disciple
    of Rodin . Take your time to absorb the emotions evoked by Meštrović’s sculptures, their power to convey both strength and vulnerability.  Free time and departure to the Royal vineyards in Petrčane . Immerse ourselves in the world of award winning Croatian wines, indulging in a tasting that showcases the region’s vinicultural excellence. A sumptuous lunch awaits , offering an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
    Afternoon sightseeing of Zadar with the local guide  a city with a rich tapestry of cultural heritage, boasts an array of sights that will leave you inspired. Tour followed a tasting of the city’s finest elixir Maraschino liqueur. Free time arrive arrive hotel. Dinner and overnight in Biograd / Biograd or Zadar area

    Day 4: Wednesday Biograd – Plitvice Lakes – Opatija (B,L)
    After breakfast in the hotel, We journey towards the breathtaking Plitvice Lakes National Park , nature’s masterpiece unfolds before our eyes. The tranquil beauty of the cascading waterfalls and lush forests sets the stage for a traditional lunch in a local restaurant. Delight in the traditional lunch in a local restaurant. Delight  n the flavors of regional specialties, prepared with love and reverence for the land’s natural bounty. drive to National Park Plitvice lakes. Visit of the park with the tour leader. Traditional lunch in the local restaurant. Drive to Opatija. Overnight in Opatija / Opatija area.

    Day 5:  Thursday  Opatija – Hum – Motovun (B)
    After breakfast continuing our discovery , we venture to the enchanting region of Istria We discover the fascinating world of truffles in a tantalizing tasting that awakens our senses, after which we explore the cobblestone streets of the to w n of Motovun.  As you appr oach this hilltop town, you’ll be greeted by a sight that seems straight out of a fairytale a walled fortress rising proudly above the rolling hills and vineyards that surround it. Continue to Hum.  The town of Hum proudly holds the title of the smallest town in the world . One of the highlights of Hum is the Museum Aura, a treasure trove of cultural heritage.  Drive to the surroundings of Motovun for a truffle tasting. Visit Motovun town and free time. Drive to Opatija. Overnight in Opatija / Opatija area /

    Day 6:  Friday Opatija – Rovinj  – Pula  (B, L)
    After breakfast in the hotel, drive to Rovinj. Sightseeing of Rovinj the town’s iconic silhouette comes into view a cluster of pastel colored houses rising from a small peninsula, crowned by the majestic St. Euphemia Church. The sparkling
    blue waters of the Adriatic Sea serve as a picturesque backdrop, creating a postcard worthy scene that will take your breath away.
    The day unfolds with a traditional lunch in a typical Istrian village household, offering a glimpse into the region’s authentic culinary traditions. We then visit one of Istria’s most rewarded olive oil producers , where we delve into the artistry of olive oil production, savoring its exquisite flavors.  Pula stands its most iconic land mark, the magnificent Pula Arena. This Roman amphitheater, built in the 1st century AD, is one of the best preserved Roman arenas in the world, and its grandeur is nothing short of awe inspiring. Explore the charming streets of the Old Town, where Roman ruins coexist with medieval and Venetian architecture. Afternoon sightseeing of Pula and free time. Drive to Opatija. Overnight in Opatija / Opatija area.

    Day 7:  Saturday Opatija – Zagreb (B, D)
    After breakfast in the hotel, drive to Zagreb.  Our gastronomic odyssey concludes in the vibrant capital city of Zagreb. This morning, visit the iconic Dolac Market, a vibrant open air market bursting with fresh produce and local delicacies. Wander through the historic Upper Town, admiring the Zagreb Cathedral and exploring the charming streets of Kapto l. Marvel at the beauty of St. Mark’s Church and discover its unique museums. As the evening approaches, we indulge in a farewell dinner at one of Zagreb’s restaurants, where expert chefs craft dishes that pay homage to the country’s culinary heritage. Overnight in Zagreb / Zagreb area.

    Day 8: Sunday Zagreb
    After breakfast in the hotel, transfer to the airport.
