  Day 1: Arrival & Tequila & Mezcal Museum After airport transfer and hotel check-in, visit the Tequila and Mezcal Museum (MUTEM) for interactive exhibits, agave distillation lessons, and guided tastings. End the evening with rooftop terrace dining, live mariachi music, and panoramic views of Garibaldi Square.   Day 2: Historic Center Walking Tour & Polanco Food Tour Explore UNESCO-listed Aztec ruins and colonial landmarks, including Templo Mayor and the Metropolitan Cathedral. Continue to upscale Polanco for a guided food crawl featuring Oaxacan specialties, a traditional cantina, and top-rated local taquerías while learning about local Chilango culture. Included: Hotel Breakfast, Transportation, Walking Tour, Food Tastings, Overnight Hotel.

  Day 3: Frida Kahlo Museum, Xochimilco, Taco Tour & Mezcal Tour Frida Kahlo’s famous Casa Azul before floating through the historic canals of Xochimilco on a colorful trajinera boat with music and local snacks. Sample classic tacos like barbacoa, carnitas, and cochinita pibil across multiple taquerías, concluding with an artisanal tasting led by a Maestro Mezcalero.   Day 4: Teotihuacan Pyramids & Cultural Workshops (Optional with Baloon ride tour start would be 5:00 am) With a sunrise hot air balloon flight over the Teotihuacan Valley. Enjoy breakfast at Gran Teocalli, tour the ancient archaeological site and mural districts with a guide, and join a hands-on salsa-making workshop using native ingredients. Dine on traditional pre-Hispanic dishes at Mesón Monte Cristo before returning downtown for free time.
