Itinerary
DAY 1 MENDOZA—(D) Arrival meet, & greet, transfer to the hotel. Afternoon start your gastronomic evening. Leave city and head towards Clos De Chacras an important winery. For its architecture and history of its founder. Pioneer in wine making. After a tasting continue to the Oliicola de Club Tapiz and take part in a olive oil tasting. Tour ends in El Terruno restaurant with dinner.
DAY 2 MENDOZA—(B L) Day is dedicated to sparking wines. Start with visiting Cruzat Winery specialized in the Cammpenoise method: the procedure for sparkling wine used in the Champagne Reegion. Wine tasting of three sparkling wines. Visit Chandon and Norton wineries. Tour and tasting. Tour ends at Septima Winery with lunch and light bodies wines.
Day 3 MENDOZA – (B L ) This high level tour is designed to enjoy and share an excellent wine day. Today visit wineries that are located up to 1500 MASL> (4921 ft) which gives the wine unique attributes. We start by Salentein Winery where, in addition to tasting their wines, we visit Espacioa Killa, unique art space in Mendoza. Continue through Domian Bosquet Winery, characterized by producing high quality organic grapes. Finally, we drive to Andaluna Winery, where we have lunch. Return to Mendoza.
Day 4 Mendoza— (B L) Mendoza has excellent wineries but also an important olive oil industry, so this tour is the perfect combination of both. We start by Navarro Correas Winery where and have a wine tasting. Visit Olivicola Pasrai to give a touch of flavor to this tour day with a tasting of oils and delicacies such as olive paste and dehydrated tomatoes accompanied by homemade bread. Our next tasting isin Luigi Bosca Winery. To reach our days highest point , we enjoy a picnic in Altavista Winery. Return to your hotel.
DAY 5 Mendoza—(B) After Breakfast transfer to the airport.
