Embark on this self-drive holiday that starts in Naples, where on arrival you will retrieve your rental vehicle. Naples is a beautiful city that blends colours, sounds, flavour and a historical centre recognized as the largest in Europe. After two days in this fascinating city you will transfer to Sorrento which will be your base for the next 4 days. As you drive southwards and explore the coastal towns the most romantic coast in Italy, you will be met by sweeping panoramic sea views and as you explore Amalfi, Positano, Praiano, Ravello and more of this memorable destination.

Day 1: Arrival Naples, retrieve your rental vehicle. Drive 15 kms to city centre hotel. Time to discover Naples on your own. Dinner we suggest you indulge on a traditional Neapolitan dish spaghetti alle vongole (spaghetti with clams). Overnight Naples. .
Day 2: Today we suggest a walking tour of Naples and not to be missed, the 17th century Royal Palace. Walk through spaccanapoli an important pedestrian zone. from here continue to the colourful historical centre with streets lined with pizzeria’s. Enjoy a slice of true Neapolitan Pizza. Visit the Cathedral, Duomo di Napoli, the National Archeological Museum that is particularly important as it houses Greek and ancient Roman remains. Overnight Naples
Day 3: Today depart Naples and travel to Positano (60 km). We suggest a short stop at Pompeii. Enjoy rest of the day wandering through the village’s narrow streets lined with smart boutiques selling ceramics and artisan leather goods. Overnight Positano
Day 4: Day dedicated to the Amalfi Coast (60km). Drive through olive groves, terraced gardens, dramatic steep cliffs and a coastline of shimmering clear blue sea. Visit enchanting fishing villages that are Unesco proteced. Visit larger lively towns such as Amalfi, Praiano and Ravello. Overnight Positano.
Day 5: Today set out for Sorrento. Short 20 km drive. Check in at hotel and set out straight for the colourful Piazza Tasso, the main square. Narrow streets lined with Small cafes, souvenir shops. Enjoy a gelato and watch the lively passerby. Overnight Sorrento
Day 6: Depart hotel and join a day tour to magnificent Capri & Anacapri. Enjoy a short boat cruise to the island. Walking tour with your guide of Capri. Continue visiting the hilltop town Anacapri. End of day return to Sorrento. Overnight Sorrento
Day 7: Depart hotel for Caserta (110 km). Visit the Versaille of Italy, the famous Reggia, Royal Palace of Caserta the largest in the world. Built in the 18th century. Late afternoon arrive Naples. Evening at leisure. Overnight Naples. .
Day 8: After breakfast depart for Naples Airport (15 Km). Return rental vehicle and arrivederci.
