Iguazu – A La Carte – 3 Days
Day 1: Arrival, meet & greet transfer to hotel.
Day 2: Morning visit the Argentinean side of the Iguazu Falls, within the Iguazu National park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Train ride to the Garganta Station, and walk up to Devil’s Throat balcony, one of the greatest shows on Earth. Continue along the upper and lower paths for a closer view. Full Day (6hrs)
Take the Great Adventure as an optional tour. A brief navigation to the San Martin waterfalls and a ride on truck for a fascinating jungle safari along the Macuco train. Return to hotel.
Day 3: Excursion to the Brazilian National Park to get a different panoramic view of the falls. Half Day (3hrs). Afternoon transfer to Iguazu Airport.
The Great Adventure—Tour the Argentinean National park. After a short walk in the middle of the forest, you will reach the Iguazu River and take a ride on a zodiac boat for 30 minutes navigation, for a unique approach to the San Martin and Bozzetti Falls, among others, all located in Argentinian side of the border. Duration: 1 hour. Available: All year round.
San Ignacio Ruins—Tour the San Ignacio Mini, archeological historical resort of the Jesuit Settlement, which was declared Mankind Heritage by UNESCO. On the way back, visit the Wanda Mines dedicated to the extraction of semi-precious stones, such as crystal rock, amethyst and quartz. We will also observe tea and maté plantations. Duration: Full day. Available: All year round.
Iguazu Forest—Enjoy the forest with adventures, one of the most beautiful and savage places of Misiones; the Misionera Forest and its exclusive eco touristic resources, protecting over 200 species of flora and 400 species of birds and wild animals. Enjoy activities such as: rappel, trekking, Tyrolese and canopy. Duration: Full Day. Available: all year round.
Full Moon Tour—The light of the full moon accompanies you through the jungle, bathing everything in its presence and making them shine like drops of silver water on the Iguazu River, experience complete peace and nearly complete silence, hearing only the sounds of the jungle and the calm current running along the dark rocks. The walks also include an option to have dinner in the park, either before or after your stroll, in the La Selva Restaurant.
