Along this avenue you will  reach 9 de Julio Avenue with the Obelisk and Colon Theatre, with perfect acoustic makes it one of the best Opera Houses in the world.  Continue northwards to the residential Palermo neighborhood with its famous discotheques and restaurants.  Dinner and return to hotel.

Day 2: Buenos Aires Decide between two experiences:  a cooking practice or a Parrilla Tour.  Both possibilities share the same advantage, a great lunch and conversation.

Cooking Lesson: Cooking class to enjoy one of the most interesting ways to learn more about the food. You only need to bring a willingness to learn and have fun; the rest will be provided,  from cookware to aprons.  The classes are interactive, but you can choose to relax and observe.  At the end of each class, taste the dishes prepared, accompanied by  a glass of Argentine wine.

Parrilla Tour:  Parrillas are Argentine steakhouses offering the most traditional Buenos Aires cuisine.  Most visitors to the city only dine at the most touristy parrillas published in the guidebooks and sadly miss out on some of the city’s most delicious gems.  To experience and taste authentic Porteño flavors, take a culinary tour of the city, to discover local restaurants, learn about Argentina’s culture and cuisine and meet others during the relaxed and social tour.  Return to hotel.

Day 3: Buenos Aires Experience this culinary delicacy just as Argentines do.  Learn some of the myths and truths of Italian food that is part of the Argentina identity.    Some of the pizzerias that you will visit are:  Banchero located in the neighborhood of La Boca.  They are the inventors of the Fugazzetta (Pizza filled with Mozzarella), Fuerrin and Las Cuartetas located on Corrientes Avenue and El Cuartito.  Evening, wine tasting and then dinner.

Day 4: Buenos Aires Morning at leisure.  At noon enjoy a lunch in Cabaña Las Lilas in Puerto Madero with the relaxed view of the river.  Departure hotel to airport transfer.
