An opportunity to see two of the loveliest towns in Tuscany. The journey of just over one hour takes us through the Chianti Countryside. There will be a stop with free time in SAN GIMIGNANO that is famous for its medieval towers and which affords a magnificent view from its rock top overlooking the valley. Departure by bus for a brief excursion to Fiesole, the picturesque hill village overlooking Florence and the Arno Valley.
The journey takes 10 to 15 minutes. After a short stop in Fiesole we continue onto the Franciscan church of Santa Croce with the tombs of Galileo, Michelangelo, Machiavelli and Rossini.
After the visit, the bus will leave us a few minutes walk away from the famous Accademia delle Belle Arti*, where together with your guide, you can admire one of the most famous works of art in the world, the David of Michelangelo. At the end of the visit, those who wish can remain inside the museum otherwise you will be taken back, by bus, to your departure point.
