The villa is situated on a hillside with views of sunflower fields, grain fields, and olive groves. It's a large, typical Umbrian estate, with traditional farmhouses. They have recently been restored with flair and imagination and maintain the original style with beamed ceilings, terra cotta floors and traditional furnishings. The villa offers 5 apartments of different sizes each accommodating 4 to 15 beds.

Each apartment has its own entrance door facing a small private garden where the guests can place the barbeque and sun umbrella & chairs. Each suite has a well equipped and furnished kitchenette and its own heating controls. The largest suite has a full kitchen. The futon-beds placed in the living rooms are very comfortable.

Because the thick walls of the old country houses keep rooms fresh even on the hottest summer days, there is no air-conditioning.

The villa is in an ideal position for visiting many historical towns of Umbria and Tuscany such as Assisi, Perugia, Siena, Cortona and Lake Trasimeno. An excellent restaurant is located in a picturesque little village just a short walk away.
