Description	This recently renovated farmhouse, is situated in some of the most beautiful countryside in Umbria, and offers an imposing view of the entire hill on which Todi stands and a famous medieval town full of charm. The farmhouse has a fenced-off garden of approximately one hectare in which lies the swimming pool with a panoramic view. The house is built on three levels, one of which is a basement; on the ground floor is the living area with a large and well-equipped kitchen and sitting/drawing room with fireplace and wonderful view. On the first floor are the bedroom. The basement is used for storage and is not accessible. On the side facing Todi, glass doors just by the kitchen and sitting room lead to a delightful furnished terrace, shaded during the day by sun blinds and plants, and ideal in the evening for dinner "al fresco". The living area has been carefully and charmingly furnished, while the bedrooms are comfortable and simple, all with en suite bathroom. The dirt road leading to the farmhouse is in good condition.
