Itinerary


Day 1
  • Arrival at Catania airport to meet your tour escort then proceed to your hotel in Taormina.
  • Dinner and overnight


Day 2
  • Breakfast then you will experience a hands on cooking class (held in a private home). You will meet your instructor and learn the secrets, traditions, and tastes of Sicilian Cusine.
  • Lunch to follow then afternoon excursion to Taormina and its Greek Theatre and Historical centre.
  • Time to sit and enjoy an espresso and then back to the hotel for dinner.

Day 3
  • Breakfast and a morning cooking lesson and lunch to follow.
  • Afternoon departure to Siracuse, stopping en route at Catania to visit the Baroque Cathedral and the Private Palace of the Biscari family.
  • Continue on to Carlentini to stop for an aperitif in a Private Noble House, "LA CASA DELLO SCIROCCO".
  • Check into your hotel in Syracuse then dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 4
  • Breakfast and guided visit to the Archelogical park of Neapolis and the Island of Ortigia...
  • Lunch and continue on to Agrigento.
  • Check into your hotel, then dinner and after dinner a panoramic tour of the illuminated Temples of the Valley.


Day 5
  • After Breakfast guided visit of the Temples Valley and proceed to Palermo with a stop at Segesta for a guided visit of the archeological site.
  • Lunch on your own.
  • Accomodations will be at a hotel, and in the late afternoon you will enjoy an aperitif in a private Noble Home, return to hotel and have dinner.
  • After dinner you will have time to visit the famous "SPASIMO".



Day 6
  • Breakfast then full day guided visit of the most important monuments of the town: The Cathedral, The Norman Palace and the Palastin Chappel, Cathedra of Martorana and the four corners, and Monreale and it’s Benedectine cloister.
  • In the late afternoon visit a private ancient palace.
  • In the evening you will have a farewell dinner at a local restaurant.
  • Return to hotel and overnight.

Day 7
  • Breakfast and transfer to the airport, taking with you fond memories of this wonderful experience.
