The cooking lessons: our chefs will take you on a gastronomical adventure of mythical proportion. These 3 culinary magicians will be creating the wonderful dishes of the area, sauces, pastas, seafood, the famous pizzas of the area, and sweets. The 3 chefs, Ciro, Pasquale, and Salvatore have a natural talent for creating the dishes of the area. They work with passion every day, with fun laughs, and create enjoyable memories. They look forward to sharing their secrets with you!

Pasquale: The magician of 1st courses!!! He will show how to cook traditional regional cuisine with his modern cooking techniques. His abilities are amazing!!!

Ciro: King of the 2nd courses!!! Cooking is his passion. His experience and vocation has trained him to cook delicious and unique plates!!! His secrets are to be discovered.

Salvatore: Desserts are his passion!!! The youngest of the magic trio, he cooks delicious cakes...an irresistable temptation! During the class guests will enjoy the warm atmosphere of the staff in the kitchen, a feeling like being at home!!!



Itinerary

Day 1
  • Pick up at the airport/station, arrival at hotel, then welcome drink and time to relax.
  • Dinner.

Day 2
  • Have breakfast then go on summer boat excursion to the Emerald Grotto (weather permitting)
  • Visit Positano with free time for shopping
  • An afternoon cooking class on making fresh pasta and sauces
  • Dinner

Day 3
  • Transfer to Amalfi with free-time to visit the town and the monuments then a drive up the coast to Ravello and visit Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone; on your return, visit a local wine producer.
  • An afternoon visit to a Limoncello Liqueur factory for a tasting along with other liqueurs.
  • A cooking class on the famous Neapolitan Pizza and local fish (BD).

Day 4
  • After Breakfast, transfer to Agerola to visit a Mozzarella cheese producer, then go to Furore "the Painted Village"; on the return trip a visit to a ceramic factory in Praiano.
  • other options:
    1) A day free to visit Sorrento, Pompeii, or Napoli via public transport.
    2) Travel from Positano to Capri.
    3) Walk uphill to "SENTIERO degli DEI" to San Domenico’s monastery.
  • A cooking class -- local desserts.
  • A gala dinner and graduation ceremony with the chefs (BD).

Day 5
  • After breakfast; drive up the Amalfi Coast to Ravello and visit Villa Rufolo, with its medieval ruins, and Villa Cimbrone, with its fascinating views of the coast.

Day 6
  • After breakfast check out and transfer to the airport/rail station.
