Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival at FCO Airport & private transfer by luxury Mercedes to Gubbio.
Check in Hotel Relais Ducale.
Welcome gourmet dinner at the exclusive restaurant “La Taverna del Lupo” – beverages included.
Day 2
Morning tour to a local market with chef’s assistants for food shopping and walking city tour of Gubbio with English speaking guide. Time on your own for lunch.
In the afternoon, meeting with Cavalier Mencarelli for your first cooking lesson: typical Umbrian menu. During your evening dinner you will be able to taste what you prepared during the lesson, accompanied by selected wines.
Return to hotel. overnight.
Day 3
Breakfast at hotel.
Tour to the countryside “looking for TRUFFLES” with your English speaking guide and truffle dog!!
Return to Gubbio – free time for lunch.
In the afternoon 2nd cooking lesson: dishes prepared with TRUFFLES, followed by dinner
Return to Hotel and overnight.
Day 4
After breakfast, early departure to Torgiano - for a full day tour and visit to the wine and oil museums, followed by oil & wine tasting with bruschette and local products
Return to Hotel – evening at leisure.
Day 5
Late morning wine tasting @ La Taverna del Lupo and taste of local products.
Afternoon cooking lesson: dishes cooked with WINE, followed by Farewell Dinner.
Day 6
Morning Transfer by private Mercedes to Rome or Airport.
