Itinerary
Day 1
- Arrival in Milano and transfer to your four star hotel in the Bologna area
Day 2
- Full day on Verdi lands: Busseto and Parma with Parmigiano, Prosciutto di Parma and Felino salami tasting
- Lunch is at an old osteria in Brusseto nearby the Verdi Theatre
- Dinner at San Domenico restaurant in Dozza
Day 3
- Tour to Maranello to visit the Ferrari gallery and the nearby territory renowned for its balsamic vinegar
- Excursion to Modena Pavarotti’s town for a typical, traditional lunch
- Guided afternoon visit to Bologna and shopping
- Dinner: is in one of the best local restaurants, you will have a chance to taste the original Bologna mortadella and tagliatelle
Day 4
- Full day in Florence, sightseeing, shopping
- Dinner: on the way back to the hotel in Mugello area
Day 5
- Visit Ferrara, for a half day cooking lesson held in the town of Estensi
