Itinerary

Day 1
  • Arrival in Florence Airport and transfer to the chosen Villa (Torre a Cona or Relais Villa al Vento)
  • Dinner in Osteria Cantina Petrarca in Incisa where Chef Paolo Raspini will present the course


Day 2
  • Breakfast
  • Guided excursion in Florence in the morning + light lunch in Florence
  • Afternoon with cooking class
  • Dinner


Day 3
  • Breakfast
  • Departure to Val D’Orcia for an truffle hunting demo with the hunter and its dogs and to taste white truffles during a special lunch in Rosa del Trinoro Restaurant
  • Time to relax


Day 4
  • Breakfast
  • Guided excursion in Siena in the morning
  • Afternoon with cooking class
  • Return to hotel
  • Dinner


Day 5
  • Breakfast
  • Departure to Figline to do shopping in the local open air market
  • Chianti Direction Casa Emma to wine taste + light lunch
  • Chianti excursion to visit the land of vineyards and castles


Day 6
  • Breakfast
  • Full day cooking classes
  • Time for a walk in the surroundings or for Shopping in Outlet

Day 7
  • Breakfast
  • Visit the local cheese producer Mr Dei, to see a artisanal production of Pecorino cheese and Ricotta
  • Visit to the Herbs garden and producer, Pierre Cousseau
  • Back to the Villa for lunch and visit to local wine cellars and olive oil press
  • Afternoon cooking class


Day 8
  • Transfer and end of services
