• Arrival in Florence or Rome Airport, transfer and check in the Bed and Breakfast LOCANDA DEL TRINORO in Castiglioncello del Trinoro
• Dinner in Locanda del Trinoro and introduction to the course

• Departure to Pienza to visit the city, a cheese producer and to buy food for the course
• Back to the hotel for light lunch

• Departure for truffle hunting
• Back to the hotel for a truffle based menu

• Departure to Orcia Valley for visits and to buy food for the course
