Description

Spend a remarkable day with Chef Dana Klitzberg in Rome. Dana hails from Princeton, New Jersey and has been studying Italian cuisine for over ten years. After receiving her degree from Peter Kump's renowned cooking school, she worked at San Domenico in New York, before relocating to Rome.

She has worked at several restaurants during her stay in Rome, and now offers hands-on classes on typical "Cucina Romana" in her home kitchen, as well as other regional cuisines. Dana also writes about cuisine, and has been the chief reviewer for the "Time Out Eating & Drinking Guide to Rome". You will be in very knowledgeable hands with Dana!
