Description

Your chef for this program, is an expert Italian cook and an Italian language teacher with extensive experience in Italy and New Zealand. She offers an introduction to preparing-and eating-traditional dishes along with the appropriate wines. Menus are flexible, and may focus exclusively on starters, first and second courses, or desserts.

You may take one lesson or combine them to fashion a program to your interests. After assisting in the preparation of dishes, at 18:30/19:00 you will dine on your creations along with the correct wines.

A new kitchen has been equiped iin the rooms of an ancient palace offering participants a quieter enviroment and better tools. After the course, you are invited for a coffee or a grappa.
