Description

In the Medieval town of Erice, the Elimo Cuisine run by Carmelo Tilotta, chef and true connoisseur of the Sicilian and Mediterranean traditional cuisine. He will share with you first the secrets of buying fresh ingredients: as you discover the local market and typical shops. Then, back to his kingdom, the Elimo kitchen, where you will learn the secrets of his ‘touch’. The 3 hour lesson is a true experience!
