Itinerary
- Start with a stroll to the little food shops located in the historic alley of Ravello, meet the shop owners and learn how to choose the fish, the special homemade pastas, the vegetables as well as the local and national wines
- Together you will decide what to cook for your lesson
- In the chef's home, with a glorious view of the sea, you will proceed with a hands on preparation of you lunch from starters to dessert ...including wine, water and coffee
- Weather permitting, lunch will be served on the terrace where you may enjoy a spectacular view of the Mediterranean, gloriously situated on a clifftop 350 meters above sea level

After many years as a chef/owner of a restaurant, Vincenzino now runs a cooking school from his home located on the hills of the Amalfi Coast. He enjoys instructing people who love food, and "eat with the heart and not just the mouth". Together, you will purchase the ingredients for your lesson. Enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean while you prepare your lunch with a hands-on cooking lesson.
