Cooking Class with Mamma Agata
Description
Enjoy a one-day culinary adventure with the world-famous Mamma Agata as you visit the fabulous Amalfi Coast. You will have a memorable day visiting the garden and enjoying the beauty of the Mediteranean sea. You will learn the secrets of Amalfi cuisine and will taste your creation. A great day to add on to your personal Amalfi Coast experience.
Itinerary
- Welcome meeting at 10:30 am with Mamma Agata, who makes a world famous "lemon cake"
- Start demonstration cooking course at 11:00 am
- Visit the garden at 1 pm and pick your own vegetables, lemons or just enjoy the beauty of the garden and the view
- Lunch at 1:30 pm on the beautiful terrace of Mamma Agata's home facing the Mediterraean sea, and taste the food you personally cooked
Sample Menu
- Eggplant parmigiana, with fresh mozzarella and pamigiano chees, fresh basil and tomato sauce
- Zucchini flowers stuffed with cheese
- Eggplant rolls with rocket and parmigiano cheese
Tour Includes
- Cooking lesson from approx. 10:30 am to 3 pm
- Lunch
- Participants receive an apron, a folder with Mamma Agata's recipes, and block notes and pen upon their arrival
- An interpreter/hostess will assist the participants during the cooking class, serve lunch when the class ends, and give information if requested
