Italian Cooking Lesson 1 - COK01
- Pasta school course begins at 9:30am-10am
- Introduction to Italian Mediterranean cooking tradition
- Preparation of sauces and pastas
- Tasting of the prepared plates, comments and opinions exchanged
- Lunch at 12:30pm
- Delivery of restaurant diploma at 2pm
Italian Cooking Lesson 2 - COK02
- Pizza school course begins at 9:30am-10am
- Presentation of pizza chef and "Pizza demonstration"
- Explanation on importance of various refined flour qualities, and their place of origin Historical introduction to pizza history
- Client participates in the preparation of pizza making
- Tastings of the prepared variety of pizzas
- Comments and dicussions about the pizzas
- Lunch at 12:30pm based on the pizzas and short seminar on the pizza and various wines of the area
Italian Cooking Lesson 3 - COK03
- Capriccio complete cooking course, with brief theoretical lesson on pizza and pasta
- It is based upon the historical introduction to the evolution and the diffusion of the Italian cuisine. All is related to the social life of each period. Preparation of hors d'oeuvre, 2 first course meals and 2 second courses
- Followed by lunch with what you have prepared together with the Chef
- Local wines have been included with your lunch (1/2 bottle of wine white or red per person) Delivery to all participants of a diploma, personalised cotton apron, and hat as souvenirs of this experience
