- In each apartment there is a sofa bed in the living room at the price of Euro 10,00 extra per night.

- All prices include linen for the bed, bathroom and kitchen-change once a week; use of the electricity, water and gas; final cleaning; use of the swimming pool from May to September.
- We rent the apartments (especially during the Middle and High season) weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Special rate for Festivities (St. Silvester, Christmas, Easter,...)
- Anyway on request and according to the availability it is possible also a daily rental for shorter periods.
